Juan did an excellent job with a partial remodel of our kitchen and a complete reno of our bedroom and full bathroom. He is meticulous and the work is very high quality.

Juan is the best carpenter we have ever used. He doesn’t cut corners but instead has incredible integrity so things are done correctly. He has done a deck, fence, full kitchen remodel, flooring, full bath remodel and many other misc jobs for us. We love Juan he’s like family now.

We met Juan owner of N&D Construction 3 years ago when we purchased our house in Jamestown RI. I called him to tear out my deck and build a new one. While he was quoting me, we found out that there was a major leak from the second floor down to the basement, compromising our entire exterior wall since the home had been built Juan worked with the insurance company, and had made the entire process pleasant. Since then, he has helped us with many projects we will always be grateful for the way he handled the disastrous situation. He is currently renovating two bathrooms for us. This what they need to know about my prices : I’m not trying to be competitive , or to be a millionaire. I just have a family to feed and bills to pay just like anyone also , my price is based on my experience I’m a very honest hard worker, responsible , reliable, trustworthy and I charge what I think is right. About the fees if there are I only charge what I need to charge to survive

We’ll I always like to meet the customers and see tue project to give them a accurate estimate
