What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation is everything. I’m going to ask what you like about the style you’re going for and why. I ask to show 3 photos and give me reasons you like about them and what you don’t like about them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Toni & Guy Hairdressing academy and took lots of Updo classes ❤️
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What’s going to make you feel most comfortable? If you wear your hair down a lot , I would not recommend an updo. You want to go with what makes you feel like YOU.
