FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of job. For mowing it is unnecessary to meet a new client to get an accurate price quote. I do however like to meet initially. That way you can meet me in person and get a good feel of who I am, and what we do. For more extensive jobs I do almost require the owners to be present for accurate prices on jobs. Sometimes describing thought text, thumbtack, or even over the phone things can get misconstrued. I always need this information for contact and business purposes: First and last name Best contact phone number Email address Full address ( house #, street, town, and zip code) Have you ever had a landscaper before? If so, how come you are out sourcing trying to find a new guy?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience in the lawn care and landscaping field. I however have no degrees from school, but have worked with lawn care experts, horticulturist, and arborist. I did nothing but learn from them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 8 years working at one job working 40-80 hours a week making slim to no money. That's when I started out sourcing, and working for landscape companies. I came to a point in life where I was maxed out at every job. Each owner had told me I hd pretty much met my limits $ wise. The thought of working 2 full time jobs and barely making enough to survive was unbelievable. That's why I started my company hoping to give me some financial freedom, and a way to keep excelling for my future.
