FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be as transparent about pricing as possible. The estimates we write for potential clients break down the projected costs for labor, materials, any subcontracted services (such as an electrician) and all items that these include. We can work with a range of budgets, depending on the complexity, material quality, and longevity of finish a client is looking for. To help us best help you, it's good to have a number in mind of what you're comfortable spending so we can best align with you on the level of material and labor costs ideal for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your project with you over the phone to understand what you're looking for. Next, our founder Quentin visits your home to take a look at the space, taking measurements and noting any potential advantages or complications in place. Based on this visit, we'll send you an itemized estimated project cost and timeline within three business days. Once you review and approve this estimate, we can schedule in the project start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team are all industry veterans, with our Lead Carpenters on each project site holding a minimum of 15 years of experience.
