Introduction: I am a former Division I student-athlete at the University of Rhode Island. I provide lessons in stroke technique and provide training programs and insight into race strategy. I work with triathletes, open-water athletes, age group and high school swimmers, and those who want to improve their swimming abilities. I have competed at US Winter Nationals, YMCA Nationals, Atlantic - Ten Conference, and I qualified for the NCAA Division I championships in the 100 and 200 backstroke. I have been swimming for 15 years and have assisted in the training of the backstroke team for the University of Rhode Island.
