There are classes weekly for men, women and children in shizendo karate. USA boxing instruction and a professional, fully equipped weight room are available as well.
Don Culp started his training in 1977 and holds the rank of 8th degree black belt. He is a certified personal trainer and opened the Whole Arts Training Center in 1981.
