I was in between cleaners and got recommended Masters of Clean. Their team was very professional and made me feel comfortable knowing they have insurance and cleaned some of my friends houses in the area. I scheduled them for bi weekly moving forward and always get texts of when they are coming in advance.

I hired them to wash my windows. I have double hung windows with exterior screens and a one story house. They told me that they would wash the windows inside and out and the screens. Unfortunately, after the job was done, they told me that they don’t remove screens and therefore only the inside of the windows were washed. They were very responsive to my complaints and they refunded me for half the money. I don’t understand how anybody could have their windows washed without taking the screens off.
