When you brought these concerns to us, I personally reviewed the photos you sent with our cleaner, to ensure we fully understood what happened during the service. There were significant discrepancies between the photos provided and the service notes recorded including items and furniture that Jackie did not recognize from the property which is why our follow-up was so detailed. Our intent was never to be dismissive, but to objectively understand both sides of the story. We genuinely wanted to make things right. Initially, we offered a complimentary re-clean to address any areas you were unsatisfied with, alongside a 20-minute time adjustment. After you declined the re-clean, we provided a 20% discount on the total bill to show our commitment to your satisfaction. We regret that these resolutions were not acceptable to you, but we stand by the fact that we made every effort to rectify the service in good faith.
