- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a design and build company, which means we collect the right data from you in order to design and build an outdoor patio space that is exactly what you wanted, for a price we both agree on as reasonable for your new backyard retreat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting: At the proposed patio location. You can show me and tell me anything about what you hope, dream of, want or don't want. If you have no idea...no problem! I will ask you specific questions that will help me understand what will work great for you. I will take notes, photos and measurements. I will leave with enough data to design a space that is customized to you. NOW IT GETS EXCITING! In about 48 hours, I will have an initial concept and pricing presented to you using beautiful, detailed, to scale computer renderings. You will get a realistic, virtual viewing of your new future patio space. This is a great time to give your feedback about the design and ask questions. If any revisions are needed, we will make them for your final approval. Samples of building materials can be provided upon request, or you can view all possibilities at a local supplier. Now that your new outdoor patio space is perfectly planned, we will provide a thorough written proposal for you to approve with your signature. You'll be locked into place in our schedule, and be enjoying your new patio soon!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coastal Masonry Inc is a Certified Unilock Authorized Contractor and has been formally educated in Masonry Construction through ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute), BAC (Bricklayers and Allied Craftsman) and UTECH (Unilock Training and Education Center)
