Michael and deb worked very quickly and efficiently to ascertain the results of a personal fear I had about my husbands infidelity. within the first 4 hours of the invesigations I got not only confirmation via pics and videos but they also showed a genuine personal interest in my well being after being given the sad news. they are professionals of the highest order with a conscience and a soul compared to the stereotypical PIs in the field

We hired Mr. Clemente for a custody case and he was very caring and took the case with the best interest of the child in mind at all times. That is what the courts say they do but they do not. He was very thorough, detailed and always gave us updates as to the status of the case. He responded to our texts, emails or phone calls immediately. The case is still ongoing and we feel that Mr. Clemente does whatever it takes to get the information needed. We would highly recommend his agency to anyone in need of someone who not only does the job but really cares!!!

We try to book cases 48 hours in advance so that we can plan to get it right.
We have hourly rates and we can also do a flat rate if it is going to be extensive time.
We always try to work within your budget.
We never charge for mileage. copies, phone calls , e-mails or reports.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything we can to help you . We never charge for calls or texting or communication. We are available of all times of day and night and put you first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in 1987 and worked hard to develop all the right techniques. Developed and teach training programs that are updated every week.
Technical training such as GPS where it is legal and the use of such techniques.
