Rinaldi Roofing personnel provided a very positive experience in all phases of our roof replacement project this summer. Inspections, quotations, ordering, scheduling, installation and follow up were all professionally done and met or exceeded my expectations. Company owners, project manager and sales lead were all on site the day of installation. The installation crew of 10 people arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and 12 hours later, new roof installation and grounds cleanup were finished. I was very satisfied with the entire experience provided by Rinaldi, especially Kat Connerton (sales lead) and Will Connerton (on-site project manager) who both went above and beyond in my opinion. We wanted to support a local business for our roofing project and our choice with Rinaldi Roofing was absolutely the best! From the first phone call with Kristen to a sales meeting with Elliott and a site visit with advice from Matt about our attic and proper ventilation and then Mark supervising the team of excellent roofers made this experience exceptional for a homeowner.The team assigned to our roof project all worked together to offer a very affordable price and create an impressive new roof and gutters. They recommended certain materials to be used to restore the beauty of our home and replaced decorative trim and some cedar shakes as well where needed. The quality of the materials they used, the craftmanship and attention to detail and safety was always remarkable and appreciated.Everyone was respectful of our property and the crew clean-up was thorough. Mark and Elliott both returned to our home to make sure the work was completed as we requested.The concept of creating a team assigned to our project was reassuring and made communication easy. They all worked together with us by listening to our ideas and creating a plan that would work for us.Rinaldi Roofing is who you want to hire for your home!

Rinaldi Roofing recently replaced my roof. Our roof is very complicated with curves and swales and they needed to apply decking before asphalt shingles. The management and crew were very professional and got the job done very quickly. Brandon was on site and both he and Juan made sure any concerns I had were quickly addressed. Even the owner Matt checked in occasionally. They anticipated several of the complexities and had an answer as to how to address them before work started. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a well run business with a professional crew.
