This job was for a 12 by 12 slab in my backyard now the initial reach out and communication was great to get a date while getting out to work on the job but after that went all down hill. The first attempt to get the job done wasn’t as there was tiny sharp ridges of rock in about half the slab as well as the cleanup was aweful. There was the pile of dirt from the job that was just spread around my yard instead of disposing of this while having cigarette butts left in my backyard area. When contacted they came out and checked out and agreed to fix it on a Saturday morning at 8am they never showed but got a text late morning saying they would come out Sunday morning instead in which they did and they had nothing to get job done than but agreed to come later in the week and put a coat of cement over it . So Thursday came around and they came out to do the work while leaving without saying the job was done I saw the work and now my slab has small cracks and slits all over the slab in a swirl motion so at that point I have had enough seeing it just wasn’t going to get fixed correctly so I paid them the remainder amount and sent my issues to the boss with no reply back at all , got paid so all set with the project. Will now have to find a way or someone to fix in spring time. Not worth the money we spent for this job.
