- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please take note the pricing actually includes an additional minimum of 10 hours done behind the scenes to create a mood board for you, pull pantones, design and create your style guide, personally scouring the web for key pieces that will enhance your wardrobe and building a capsule wardrobe that will be interchangeable so that you can reference later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a one hour consultation to better access a new customers goals and what service I offer will match best. If one does not match well I will then tailor my styling program to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two bachelors and a certificate that directly correlate with my services. From the University of Rhode Island I have a BA in Art and a BS in Textiles, Merchandise and Design. From Université Lumière Lyon 2 I have a certificate in Fashion. I have over 16 years working in retail and the fashion industry for brands like Macy's, Nordstrom, Kate Spade, Anthropologie and Dior.
