We hired Kri to renovate two bathrooms in our condominium, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the work was solid, but what truly set Kri apart was his professionalism—he was reasonable, highly reliable, competent, and incredibly responsible.
After a frustrating experience with a flaky contractor, working with Kri was a huge relief. He stepped in, took control of the situation, and delivered exactly what we needed—without us having to chase him down or micromanage. The entire process of working with Bedrosian Homes was an incredible experience. I used them to remodel my home after major ice damn & water issues. I had to redo a sunroom, two bathrooms, a living room, and a bedroom. It was a tough situation, but these guys came through for me big time. Their work is impeccable, the communication is top-notch, and they stand behind their word. If you are thinking of having some work done on your home, you will not find a better company. Kri, Luis, and Harry are top notch people. They work they do is impeccable. My husband and I reached out to Bedrosian Homes after they did a bathroom remodel at my parents. I was amazed by the work they did and even more impressed with the reasonable price. This lead my husband and I to reach out for a total basement renovation. Their quote was 20k less than we were previously quoted- and their work is amazing. They took our basement from a dingy old musty basement to an elevated modern living space. Their prices are reasonable, their work is great, and overall they are very nice people.

The professionals at Bedrosian Homes are absolutely top notch and I would recommend them wholeheartedly for any renovation or reconstruction work. They provided me a competitive, well documented quote within a quick timeframe and were able to get me on the schedule in a reasonable timeframe. The folks doing the work were extremely courteous of me and my family in a tricky time. They communicated everything to me as it was happening and took all of my feedback and requests in to account.
As for the quality of the work, I couldn't be happier. They took me from a major loss to a brand new living space in just a couple of weeks. Handled hardwood install, tiling, vinyl flooring, ceiling and wall reconstructing as well as painting and a handful of odd jobs.
Friendly, transparent, competitive and communicative. I'll never hire someone else as long as I'm in their area.

It’s difficult to put into words the professionalism, timeliness, and expertise I experienced working with Bedrosian homes. From the consultation to the end result, I felt guided, excited, and educated on the choices I was making.
The communication was clear, the workmanship was outstanding, and they made the entire process entirely stress-free.
The final result honestly took my breath away. The shower looks absolutely stunning—far better than I ever imagined my bathroom could look. The materials and finishes appear luxurious and high-end, giving the whole space a sophisticated, spa-like feel. I keep catching myself staring at it because I truly never thought my bathroom could look this beautiful.
I was especially impressed that the entire renovation — from removing the old tub to completing the brand-new shower— was finished in about two days. That level of efficiency was a HUGE relief.
If you’re considering a renovation, I can’t recommend Bedrosian Homes highly enough. This was an exceptional experience from beginning to end!
