Hello there I am Michael and have been in the food industry since 2001 when I left a full time job at USPS after falling in love with a bakery that happened to be for sale. I owned Provencal Bakery for 13 yrs and moved into the fast paced restaurant scene which I had zero experience but love the fast paced enviroment. Covid struct and like many found myself without a job and landed a few things. But during that time I learned all different meals but my favorite is Italian!!! A friend told me about this and figured I give it a shot! I do more than cook as I lived a life of learning things on my own! I owned a hardwood flooring business, painting and used car lot etc. Looking forward to hearing from anyone that needs help with any or all the services I offer

I’ve known Mike for 10 yrs now, I hired him to do a catering job and we been close ever since. Great personality, always friendly and just enjoys what he does! He always dots his I’s and crosses his T’s and make sure everything looks perfect and it’s enjoyable! Takes a ton of pride in anything he does! He can do a lot he make probably the best bread I ever had, pizzas, calzones! He writes, does lawn, organize and does it the way you want it
