Introduction
I have spent the past decade cooking in restaurants throughout New York City and Rhode Island. My favorite moments have always been making family meal for the staff. That one meal during the day where everyone stops what they're doing and comes together to enjoy something delicious. I bring this feeling of family to everything I cook. I love creating a recipe from a kernel of an idea to a finished plate of food. The best part of the entire process of cooking is being able to see the satisfaction on a client's face after having eaten one of my meals. I also enjoy showing young cooks new techniques as well as learning different techniques myself.
