I am a fourth generation well expert. I take great pride in my work, and customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am prompt and like things done right the first time. You will not regret doing business with me! I have been in the well industry my whole life. Whether on the drill rig setting 180' of pipe in January on Block Island, or changing a pump in Foster on a Sunday. We were in a bit a panic late in the evening when the water heater failed. Jon answered my pre-hire questions clearly and provided a reasonable quote for the job based on the capacity and warranty of the unit. Jon arrived the next morning at the time he stated he would, to assess the location and set up. When at the store to purchase the new unit, he called with an update on available models, and to get my approval of the best model for our needs. His expert installation resulted in a very clean connection of the existing pipes to the new water heater. All packaging and debris were removed and storage units put back into place. There was absolutely nothing for me clean up after he left. Throughout the installation process, Jon was very personable and professional. I will hire him for future plumbing work and endorse him to others without reservation.

Joh was very professional! We hired Jon on Monday, never had to confirm our Thursday appointment. Joh went above and fixed our sub pump, going to Home Depot for part. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been around wells, and plumbing my whole life. It's in my blood I guess.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked on alot of different houses, from mansions in Barrington, to whole developments in East Greenwich, to the Chiefs house on Block Island.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they don't charge you to much money. Some people get a little too much for their services. If it is not an emergency, get a second opinion, it never hurts!
