- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill out at $60 hourly which makes it simple for customers and project billing. This allows for a job to flow according to how much time is needed. Some customers need much more time to go through their things than others, and some rooms involve a great amount of detailed decluttering, categorizing & organizing. Knowing upfront how much will be charged is stress free and there is no guess work.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
-What areas of the house they would like to focus on -What their style of organization is: Clear containers to see everything or baskets that you cannot see through. -It is very important to know that before organizing your items, we must quickly sort through them and divide into the following categories: Keep, Donate, or Trash. The “KEEP” items are then organized into containers, on hooks or on shelves with labels! The organization transformation will unfold, the heavy weight of clutter lifted, and your new surroundings will spark an excitement to keep going until you achieve the desired results.
