Introduction
Most flooring companies offer multiple services in addition to flooring. This causes the company to be spread thin. Customized wood styles, one on one consultation with the client and timeless style is something created only by specializing in hardwood flooring.
Our business is personal and individual to the clients' needs.
Working with wood is a rare and exclusive artistry and our family was always very artistically inclined. We thoroughly enjoy the versatility and elegance of this trade from a young age. Our professionals have all been trained from their late teens as apprentices which is important to us. We also enjoy working and living in New England. Our RI and MA clients from first to last have been very important to us.

Great job by Tamas on replacing our antique hardwood floors. No only did he source hardwood from PA, but the floor practically matched our current hardwoods, amazing! Our floor structure was extremely challenging to repair but he and his team did a superior job coming up with a solution and the floors look better than ever. Would highly recommend him.

Tamas and his son refinished approximately 900 sq. ft. of oak floors in our home. I was impressed with not only his work, the floors look beautiful, but I was amazed by the lack of dust because of the type of machine that he used. We had refinished floors in the past and the dust can be horrible. I wanted to use a low VOC finish and had trouble with other companies not wanting to use an unfamiliar product, but Tomas researched the product, got advice from other floor professionals and finally did a beautiful job for us!

Tamas did a great job, i had some older worn out floors and he made them look great. His work and rates are great, and he keeps you updated throughout the job which is nice. Definitely recommend his services.

As first time home owners we had no clue as to what it takes to get a good flooring finish. Tamas was very knowledgeable and guided us well with the entire flooring installation/finishing project for our family room, kitchen and living room (about 1000 sq ft in area). Tamas was very responsive to our queries & requests, showed amazing professionalism and went out of his way to ensure that the floor finish is of the highest quality. What more, their price was very reasonable, too! Overall, Tamas Wood Floors exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.

I would have liked to give 4.5 stars. They were great to work with in most respects. I did have a lot of dust to clean up and wish I had asked the flooring be cut outside. I love my floors (sourced and purchased by me, installed by them)! In addition, my stairs were stained and finished. They are really good, not fantastic, but I understand he had to work with what he had there. Danny and Tamas were very accommodating and kind people. I would hire them again.
