- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not by the hour. We will never rush our cleaning. you paid for excellent service and we strive to deliver nothing less than that
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over each room and identify the areas that need the most attention. We will determine with our clients what they are looking for. If a room requires more detail we will let our client know what we think is needed and come to an agreement to best suit their needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jane has been in the cleaning industry for many years. Danielle has followed in her mothers footsteps and has been cleaning as well for many years now
