Plumbing Drain Repair
I only gave Clear Water Plumbing a 5 star rating only because the rating did not go up to 10!!!! Could not believe the response time...a few hours from my call the broken pipe was repaired! Professional, prompt and the cost was VERY reasonable. I will call Clear Water before any other company and recommend them highly. Thanks for a GREAT job...Chris S.May 23, 2018Verified
Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Although they did not do the job as a granite company is needed, they were extremely friendly and fair. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needsMay 17, 2019Verified
Water Heater Installation or Replacement
These guys are great! They were here on time, did multiple jobs (hot water heater install, toilet tightening, leak fixes) for fair price, and were thorough with the work. I will definitely call them again next time here are plumbing needs.Jun 21, 2019Verified
This was the first plumbing company that contacted me and after checking out previous reviews I decided to allow them to come out to provide an estimate. They were able to respond quickly (the next day), assess the issue, answer all of our questions, and provide a fair and accurate estimate. I asked about many possible issues and things (mold possible additional work/cost) that was not necessary and appreciated the fact that they did not attempt tell us that we needed things fixed or done that we did not.Aug 18, 2018Verified
Plumbing Pipe Repair
I don't usually do these reviews, but if you are looking for a plumber Joel at Clear Water is the guy for the job. I hired a another plumber a few months ago and wish I would have called Clear Water first. Joel was on time, gave me a three different options of what he could do and what the cost would be for all three, and the quality of work was top notch. Any plumbing or heating issues going forward I will be contacting Clear Water.Jul 27, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Trip Charges: Sometimes, depending on distance to job, there may be a small trip charge. Emergency Fees: If a Technician needs to go to job after 5pm, or a weekend, or a holiday, there may be emergency fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we need to see the job, discuss everything with the home owner to find out exactly want their wants and needs are in order to best fit every quote to that specific customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Had to work for a company for a minimum of 5 yr and do 5 yrs of schooling I order to get plumbing license.
