FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like a well-tailored suit, pricing is directly related to what the client wants to achieve. Quotes are based on the specific scope of work we're doing, which varies for each client. It's very much like building a custom house. If there's a budget, we work with clients to price out the project and develop a contract based upon that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is clear and highly engaged. We insist our partners are part of the process every step of the way; after all, we're building their brands, not our own. Our Typical Process Is Four Phases: (We like to keep it simple.) Phase I. A Conversation - This helps establish the beginnings of trust and identifies scope of work so that we can develop pricing options and timelines. Phase II. Research + Content - Once pricing has been approved and a letter of agreement signed, we work with you to develop and plan content, from written copy to various assets like: photos, videos, existing works, et cetera. This is also the phase where we blueprint a strategy for your long-term business goals. Phase III. Design Development - The development and engineering of final assets start here. We work with you on establishing visual hierarchy, functionality, construction, aesthetics, tone and messaging, user-engagement, packaging and presentation ... the nuts and bolts. Phase IV. Testing + Launch - The final phase is where we test the crap out of the final assets for any further refinements, generate approvals and deploy! We work together at each phase of the project. We establish on-going open communication so we can get feedback out in the open and we include revisions as part of the scope of work in our quotes so that you and the project's success are always - and only - the focus of scope. This ensures you get a stunning "well-tailored suit" that makes you feel great and look stellar! Post Launch Changes - Sometimes design changes to existing projects are necessary. We will include an hourly rate in our initial quote for additional work that falls outside the scope of our original agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a multidisciplinary design agency that has a diverse background in architecture, graphics, industrial design, interior design, engineering, UI/UX, AI, animation, illustration, web and mobile design, and app development. Education, albiet important, can only get your foot in the door. It's life exposure and continual growth that shapes and develops "knowledge-value," which is really that which people label as, "expertise." "Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune. " -Jim Rohn To that end, we are in a constant flux of learning; from new advancements in tech and AI to new discoveries in science that help explain human behavior, to new approaches towards past solutions and systems that result in more efficient and innovative experiences, to new social and cultural philosophies and understandings that foster positive impacts, to new concepts and strategies in design that help shape the fluctuating modern world in which we live, work, play and interact. Design is ever-evolving, so too are we.
