Kim at Eye to Eye Training is an absolute wizard. I brought her two of the most dramatic, chaotic creatures on planet Earth and she somehow turned them into dogs who can function in society. Solo sessions with my pups were basically therapy for all three of us and she never once judged the nonsense they pulled.Gimli did the Basic Skills class and now walks around like hes the valedictorian of dog school. Miss Daisy is in the Caf Dog class learning how to sit politely at a table instead of acting like she owns the entire restaurant. Progress.Kim makes training hilarious, stress free, and weirdly easy. My dogs adore her, I adore her, and honestly if she opened a school for humans Id go too. If youre thinking about training your dog stop thinking and go to Eye to Eye. It will change your life and your dog will stop embarrassing you in public (most of the time).

Thank you Brooke, it's always pleasure to work with a dedicated puppy parent like yourself! I've really enjoyed watching Gimli and Daisy progress during their training - They are very sweet and eager students.

Kim was AMAZING. She was able to help us better understand our two dogs (half siblings) and ourselves as dog parents. She was thoughtful, caring, and not deterred by our two crazy english bulldogs. She was able to clarify so much about how and why our dogs behave the way they do. We have such a better understanding now of how each of our dogs behave individually and better understand their personalities. We paid for a package of 4 sessions and it was totally worth it. We're implementing the strategies and skills she taught us but will certainly re-engage her again if we need more support or a refresher. I highly recommend Eye to Eye for dogtraining and being a better dog parent to your pups! Thank you Kim!!

We found Kim after searching through several trainers and training facilities. We had been struggling to find a trainer whose first “go-to” was not aversives such as prong collers, e-collars, or sprays that make scary noises, and all of the facilities were wildly unaffordable.
I do understand these tools have their place, but it was our preference to avoid them with our puppy at least until we tried other options! She’s just a baby and we’d rather encourage her than scare her.
Kim was very prompt in responding and was happy to hop on a call with us to go over what we were looking for with our puppy, Lily. During this call we actually learned a lot and were able to start working on a few things before even hiring Kim.
We felt really good about the call so we went ahead and scheduled an evaluation for Lily, and during this first evaluation we learned a ton! Within the week we felt like we had tools to address a lot of the struggles that we had been facing. We had been training Lily for 7 months on our own and had just hit a wall.
Kim was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand Lily and her needs, and find ways to help us meet those needs so that she could be better behaved.
We’ve now had 5 total sessions and Lily is a new dog. She is still a work in progress, she likely always will be, but we are SO MUCH happier because of the training we’ve been able to do with her. Lily is becoming the dog we always wanted!
We are extremely happy to have found Kim and plan on continuing to work with her to help refine Lilys skills as she grows into a smart confident dog!
Attached is a photo of Lily napping with us after a day of working her brain :)

Kim is excellent. She really listened when we had questions. Her training methods were practical and effective. We rescued a great dog with a few behaviors issues and in a few visits he has settled Into his role in the family. We can’t recommend Eye to Eye enough. Thank you Kim.
