- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training/Coaching is an investment in your health. There is no better time to take care of yourself. How many times do we sign up for something that is free and then not attend? When you put a price on your coaching sessions, you will make them a priority. This is a commitment to yourself and you deserve it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: 15-minute DISCOVERY phone call. This gives us a chance to connect, briefly go over your goals, and ask me any questions you may have. STEP 2: ONLINE FORMS. I ask all my clients and potential clients to complete some important health history forms, including a PAR-Q, waiver forms, and other important information before we get started. All of this can be completed easily online with the link I send you! STEP 3: FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT over Zoom. This will include some physical fitness assessments and give us a chance to dive deeper into your goals and health history. This will provide further insight to help me build the BEST individualized fitness program for YOU! STEP 4: BUILDING YOUR PROGRAM. We will figure out which package works best for you, schedule your sessions on the calendar, and begin your workout program together to work towards your goals. I'll be right there with you along the way, with reminder texts/emails to keep you on track!
