Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I'm a classically trained chef that moved on from my love of food into the world of software development. For over two years I have created and managed project plans to ensure success, minimize risk and optimize budgets with a focus on release time to market. I have overseen project and product management simultaneously with 6 contractors across 5 countries. I worked closely with offshore development teams, planning and delegating their tasks to best manage their utilization. It was my role to proactively identify any project risks and address this with stakeholders as well as internal resources. I established a communication plan that supported any and all newly set goals centered around software. I completed a development cycle, taking the product from concept to launch to market, grossing over 1.5 million in sales. I excel at user-centered design and product and set the bar high for product quality as well as UI/UX. I proactively sourced data using analytics from an array of tools to help guide decision making. I focused on creating small, well-defined user stories and prioritized work for development teams using sprints. I'm excited for the next opportunity, where I can utilize my skills and grown another software development team or optimize a current one.

Kick off We charge currently down charge for first overview meeting. We will sit down the client and will run through what they wants. We'll have point person that knows over all understand of development and design on hand for this meeting. Design Phase There is a lot to be learned by doing an upfront design phase. It helps us make informed estimations. The clients are happier when we can deliver what we estimate. This phase we generally go for wireframes and workflow. Nothing hi-fi. We like to wireframe in using sketch. Development Phase Now that we have the general design worked out we begin development. There will also be design done during this phase as well.
