The reason I chose to work with Paul was unlike many contractors I’ve called for our home Reno, he responded to ever call and text while we were awaiting on our HELOC. Touched base during ordering process and came when he said he did. He was with us from the start of project (estimate) to personally installing the windows with his co worker who was also a great guy! Thank you !

Working with Paul was easy from the start. He was responsive and showed up quickly to give a detailed estimate. He and his partner came to measure the windows, made absolutely no mistakes. They came on time as scheduled to install the windows. The entire process took no time at all. I am really happy with my new windows. Would hire Paul again without hesitation. Highly recommended! He is also very personable and understanding.

We have a family-owned duplex in Providence that is in the process of being completely redone. It needed all new windows throughout and after a lot of research we decided to go with replacement windows. I was initially unsure about Harvey windows but after doing my research I decided to go with the Harvey Tribute Windows, which are their top tier window. Paul with Advantage window was fantastic! The entire process was seamless. He was very professional and communicative the entire time. Price was great and he and his crew were able to install the entire duplex in two days, despite having to work it a bit because our existing window frames were so archaic. As far as the ordering and install process time-frame it was roughly 5 weeks from start to finish but that was also due to manufacturer delay. The Tribute windows are beautiful and are simple to use. There was a noticeable difference in warmth after the install compared to our old leaky out-dated windows. We had a very positive experience with Paul and Advantage windows and I would highly recommend them! Time will tell how our Harvey Tributes hold up but as far as this initial experience with them and our install team, I am guessing it's all going to be great!!! Thank You Paul and your team for helping us breathe new life into our old family home!

Nice work by Paul Sousa of Advantage Window and his carpenter, Tony Cabral to install my basement windows and new entry door. Paul provided good communication during the project and the materials ordering process to be certain of my satisfaction. They were thorough and efficient with install and improved upon the original construction done several years ago in my garage. Also, AW job cost was fair and reasonable. I would hire Paul and Tony again to install windows or doors in my home. Give them a call for your project.
