We are 3 business partners who have collectively bought and managed over 1000 doors so we understand the aspects of managing multifamily buildings and single-family homes. Very helpful with issues/concerns regarding neighbors. Maintenance/repair requests always resolved in a timely manner. Guys do a great job plowing and shoveling!

We offer pricing packages including Full Service Management, Leasing Only and Maintenance Services "a la Carte".
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The owner , Justin Mann, will set up a meeting with you at your convenience whether it is on a week day or a week end to discuss your property management needs. He will meet you at the property to perform a walk , discuss the rent market and answer any questions you may have. We will provide assistance finding the best tenant for a property as well as handling any property renovations, updates at competitive pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Blackstone Group Leasing and Management was established by 3 Real Estate Investors with a combined experience of more than 15 years. They own multiple multi-family properties and commercial building in RI and MA. They took all their knowledge and decided to share their expertise by creating their own property management company with an investor mindset. They understand that Communication, Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment are keys to success.
