- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a former veteran and an employee of in the public education world, I'm very passionate about giving back to the two industries that added to the fiber of my being. As a result, I offer military discounts to active military personnel and educator discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customers in person or on a facetime/skype/google hangout. There's so much more to communication that just listening and a face-to-face meeting helps strengthen the relationships I establish with new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am active member of the Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) and the Portrait Photographers of America (PPA) Associations. For the past 4 years, I've religiously attended the annual conferences thrown by these organizations to further my personal knowledge and to stay abreast of the latest and greatest gear available in the industry.
