FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate of $70 per session. If you are looking to train or receive one on one yoga in a group setting, certainly reach out to me and lets see how we can make this price work fairly for everyone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I spend time talking with a client about where they are in their overall health and wellness and how that could be impacting the quality of their life. I like to hear about what brought them to the point they are at and what they see themselves doing to get to where they want to be. I enjoy training each individual client as exactly that, an individual person. Not all people are "CrossFit people" and not all people are "marathon people." So, Instead of training everyone as if they are all the same, I like to find out what motivates someone to move and work with that. Let's be real, if you don't like doing something it makes it that much worse when you actually have to do it. Personal health and wellness is exactly that, PERSONAL. Your health and your wellness is your own journey and in order to be successful, everyday, you absolutely must find what it is that motivates, inspires and makes you feel like a million bucks!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have accumulated many certifications over my professional years. Step arobics, kickboxing, TRX, Personal training, Yin yoga, Hot power yoga, Vinyasa yoga. I dont do much with my steop and kickboxing anymore. At this point in my life I am focused mainly on the Personal Training and Yoga styles.
