Working with Steve is awesome. He is a great motivator and helps you the entire way. He works with you and your body mentally and physically to make sure you get the best results and to work a full potential. To do things you never though you would be able to do such as something as simple as a push-up. He works with your schedule so if you miss a class not to worry, he will find a time for you to come and get your work out in. Unlike planet fitness, WOW, etc with Steve it's absolutely a judgment free zone. You forget who is watching you and pay attention to the work outs he plans for you. Making it fun and still hard work Steven is an amazing friend, personal trainer, and motivator.

Gets you to your desired weight . Awesome trainer. Dude basically turns you into a beast . for a good price too . Give him a try I'm sure you won't regret it . no bs he gets right to the point and tells you how it is . Results guaranteed

If you are serious about getting in shape and losing weight then Steve is the right trainer for you the guy knows how to push to your limit as well as encourage you to strive fir your which ultimately is feeling better mental and physically. Worth every penny for a lifetime of health !!
