Hello my name is Ryan i am the owner of Bertrand Construction and Property Management. We are a Registered and insured General Contractor, we can do it all from start to finish! We specialize in kitchen/bathroom remodels, basement remodels and additions. We also install windows and doors, hardwood floors and vinyl plank. We offer tilling services, electrical and plumbing! The team did an incredible job! When we contacted Bertrand, it was our goal to make a warm and welcoming playroom for our daughter. Initially, the lower level in our raised ranch was not ideal to be in. While the space was large, it was dark, outdated, and somewhat unwelcoming. We needed to essentially have everything “redone”. After the initial gutting of the room, Brian worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was perfect. After the team had finished renovations (which were done in a very timely manner), the lower level was fully transformed into a beautiful playroom. It’s warm, spacious, polished, and fully modernized. The space now looks incredible and our family loves being in it!

I moved into a new home recently and needed everything done - from pictures hung to door stoppers added and toilet paper holder and towel racks put in. Not only did Ryan promptly respond to my requests on Thumbtack, but he was able to fit me into his schedule just a few days later, showed up on time, and did everything I asked. He is easy going, professional, and was extremely helpful when I needed to buy a new tv mount and measure for bathroom mirrors. I plan to have him back again! Thanks!!

Scott did a great job painting my kitchen in my 175 year old house. An old house can make for a lot of uneven walls and awkward corners but he did a pristine job and I am very happy with the result. On time and very responsive group.
