The team did an incredible job! When we contacted Bertrand, it was our goal to make a warm and welcoming playroom for our daughter. Initially, the lower level in our raised ranch was not ideal to be in. While the space was large, it was dark, outdated, and somewhat unwelcoming. We needed to essentially have everything “redone”. After the initial gutting of the room, Brian worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was perfect. After the team had finished renovations (which were done in a very timely manner), the lower level was fully transformed into a beautiful playroom. It’s warm, spacious, polished, and fully modernized. The space now looks incredible and our family loves being in it!

These guys were fabulous! The repaired and installed fencing, painted parts of the house, repaired parts of the garage roof, partially finished the basement and built and installed a new garage door. They offered assistance and guidance where needed and made sure things were done right. They are a jake of all and a master of them as well! Thank you for a great job! You guys will be who I call for any projects I have here in Billerica!

The job done for us was creating a keyhole about 10 feet tall 2 feet wide on the wall dividing our bedroom and living space such that one can see all six vista size windows in our Old Mill Loft! The work also included Sheetrock, new trim, and painting on both sides of the wall! We added a two tone color scheme with a nice wide trim separating the two colors, it turned out beautiful!! Thanks to Ryan and his ambitious team we finally finished a project that had started some 4 years ago and we are so very happy with the work done and feel very fortunate to have Ryan and company make our dream come true!
