What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mainly do the final long arm quilting (putting the quilt "sandwich" together). The cost is by the square inch. .02 for simple design, .03 for more complex, and .04 for custom designs. I do also make memory and tee-shirt quilts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an appointment if the customer is in the vicinity (rhode Island). Otherwise, I try to discuss the design process over email or zoom
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified APQS Long Arm Quilter, sales rep and service technician. I not only use their equipment, I'm trained and certified to sell and service them. I have over 10 years experience piecing and quilting.
