- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company invests greatly into training our staff. We exceed industry standards in training. Our hiring process is lengthy to ensure commitment to our goal. Our pricing indicates our professionalism, training, experience and performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dan and Wayne (owners) like to meet with clients in person when possible to access their security needs. This is done to ensure the proper staff are assigned to certain details. If a meeting is not possible then a phone call is mandatory. We will not take jobs relayed just through email or text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of security experience, 15 years in law enforcement and over 10 years of military experience. Our training regiment crushes the industry standard.
