Eric was right on time, he introduced himself, and explained everything that he found and how he was going to fix it. He was polite and professional. I felt very comfortable working with Eric. I contacted him on 6/7 and he fit us into his schedule on 6/8. It was a pleasure working with Eric. The cost was more than fair for all the work he did getting our HVAC up and running.
