Ive been getting tattooed by Luis since he was done with his apprenticeship under another amazing and well respected artist. I just 10/20/2025 two more tattoos from Luis. Its so Amazing because every time he does work on me I feel like hes raised the bar of talent. Well whats more amazing is each and every tattoo he does he raises that bar even higher. Luis always strives for perfection. He is so inventive that I cant even begin to describe his excellence in his craft. To meet and be created by Luis is believing.
