Hey there! My name is Abby, I’ve been a Personal Chef since 2020. I’ve worked in all sorts of restaurants from fine dining to mom and pop shops. My focus is exceptional flavors, and bright colors. I love making flavorful dishes that utilize all the colors of the seasons. I offer a variety of dining styles from 3-5 course custom menus, buffet style dining and family style dining. I cannot say enough about Abby. We had her make a crab bake for my family while we were on vacation. We have one person who has celiac one person who can't have dairy and two people who don't eat seafood. Therefore it was challenging. However, Abby did not skip a beat. Everything was beyond amazing not only did she make everybody an individual dish of their own personal crab bake. She also made hotdog for the people who did not want to eat seafood. She made her way around the kitchen, as if it were her own and cleaned up spotless before she left. All the food came out at the same time and piping hot. There were eight of us and every single one of us raved about Abby. We are already planning a meal for next year!

My Vegan Tasting Menu! I’ve done it 3 times for different groups with great success. It’s such a fun way to show people how to used regular ingredients and make something wild and filling.
