- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently charge $65/hr - 4 hour minimum We will meet for about 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the job and discuss your needs & my recommendations for your project - to be clear- there is no charge during this time. ( you do not pay )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review together what the expectations are for the project at hand and some clients prefer to help - which is terrific - getting involved in the process helps take ownership and welcomes change! However- some folks are busy, work schedules, family needs, etc. and are unable to "assist" in the actual project which also works perfectly because I will jump right in and work to complete the project :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Design from URI and also worked for Paul Arpin Van Lines Moving Company with their Corporate Clients assisting them with the entire relocation process.
