I have nothing but respect and praise for this business, which I found through this app. They came out and took measurements in order to give me a very detailed quote. The few questions I had about the quote were all answered quickly & thoroughly. Communications from first contact through finished product were prompt and professional. I hired them to clean out my gutters & then soft wash them, along with soft washing my house’s siding, roof and two sets of railings at two doorways. The house was sparkling in the sun when they were done! The work made a huge difference in brightening everything up to look almost brand new! Even during the wash process, one gentleman was willing to walk around the outside of the house with me, to respond to specific questions I had, as the other gentleman continued the work. This company exhibits old school work ethic. I told them they should diversify into other home services, because I would use them for anything! Professional, hard working, and pleasant to deal with! I was in Human Resources management for decades & was responsible for overseeing thousands of employees and their evaluations. Brightline’s employees are top notch, & I heartily recommend this company!

It is my pleasure to offer my recent experience with Brightline Pressure Washing, LLC.

Our home is a large Victorian three floor structure exceeding 6000 square feet, built in 1876. The house was vinyl sided in 1976 to withstand the weather conditions in the Narragansett Bay area. Over the years, dirt and organic growth accumulated to a “less than pristine” condition.

I reached out to several soft power washing companies through the Thumbtack platform.
Jacob from Brightline Pressure Washing, LLC was very responsive and scheduled a time to prepare an estimate to clean the siding, gutters, and treat the roof shingles removing moss build up.

Jacob is responsible for the marketing and outreach to customers. He schedules all appointments and handles follow-up communications in a timely manner.

Brightline has a fully equipped trailer containing large tanks of water, hydraulic pumps, tall ladders and algaecide solutions. Zach is the on-site tech who performs the soft power wash application. They cautioned about using high pressure equipment due to the fact that water may penetrate behind the siding.

This business model allows Brightline to be very responsive to customer inquires through Thumbtack and is very efficient scheduling the contracted jobs in a timely fashion.

The entire home took several hours to complete and looks “like new”. After my first experience, I would recommend their service to other prospective customers.
