I sure hope this was your C-team working outside the Residence Inn tonight. I have never seen an operation so disorganized. No names/numbers used in ordering meant that food was coming out in random order and given to random people--usually whoever was complaining closest to the window. At least half the orders were either rung in or served up wrong. Not to mention how quickly after opening the window you were running out of common items. And aren't food trucks supposed to be fast? Standing outside in the cold for at least 45 minutes is not acceptable service from a food truck. And you weren't even that busy! After all that wait I was hoping to be able to say it was worth it. It wasn't. The closest thing to a Cuban in that "Cubano" was the pickle. I don't remember exactly all the adjectives you used to describe it, but none of them conjured up what it actually was--a tiny scoop of absolutely tasteless shredded pork on a burnt squashed bun (not a baguette). The fries were surprisingly limp and soggy for having come straight from the fryer--not sure what happened there. Overall, awful. Please try harder or stay home.

Reds did a awesome job catering my mom's 60th birthday. They were easy to work with and the food was fantastic. I really liked that they took the time to help me customize my menu. An all around great experience!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have standard menus that we work off of but generally use them as guidelines as we prefer to tailor our menus to each guest's specific needs and preferences.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After the initial contact we like to go through the flow of the event, the guest expectations and then design menus that suit both. We have a lot of experience doing events and know that means they're all a little different, you have to ask a lot of questions. No event is ever the same. We strive to create menus that represent our host and thier venue with a flow of service that is seamless.

    4 year Culinary Nutrition Degree (Johnson & Wales, Providence RI) 1 yr Dietetic Internship (Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston MA) 15 years experience in the Food Industry worked under 2 James Beard winning chefs
