- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The package pricing for our business starts at $900
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer reaches out to us! We write down the information they put in their lead! If we can help we reach out and try and set up a 10 minute phone call to see if we are the correct fit for the customers event! If we are we will then sent them our contract and have them sign. After that we set up a 30 minute zoom meeting where we will dive into all the final details of their event. Once we have their custom drinks Coastal Sips will then send over a grocery list that the customer will need for their drinks. The custom provides the alcohol we will provide everything else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have our tips training allowing us to serve alcohol at your events.
