We had a mold problem in our bathroom in Falmouth MA. New England Property Services came out to our house, reviewed the problem and gave us an honest and competent assessment of the job. They did not try and sell us on something we did not need. Its great to deal with a professional!

You would be crazy not to go with this company. They are timely. Able to assist in all aspects of home support. Really know about mold and roofing. Just does an amazing job! Highly recommend.

DUXBURY, MA Stephen Ceceri responded quickly to my request and was able to visit our home to look at the work I needed. He was on time and professional in appearance, dress, communication and knowledge. In the end, I didn't hire Stephen of N.E. Property Services because it was a small vent removal job and my friend's husband tackled it for me as I needed it done ASAP and Stephen wasn't able to do the work this week. However, I would absolutely call on N.E. Property Services Group LLC again and recommend reaching out to them in your search for accountable and capable professionals. -- Lauren S.

Just to clarify, I believe we left off that a family friend was already in route to be of help and that he could remove the vent for you and handle any additional work that may have come up with the removal, as I wasn't able to actually begin the task during my visit as I had other initial inspections to lined up. My visit to your home was due to the fact that I was already in Duxbury and had completed inspection at a property that was less than 10 minutes away and that time line fit into my schedule to make a quick stop to take a look at your request in person.
We also discussed the possibility of you removing the vent yourself as I had giving you verbal instructions as to how to do it and then having assistance from your family friend, if it became a bit more complicated.
I do appreciate the review and the opportunity to help and would be happy to assist anyone else going forward.

Steven is amazing. He used an app to not only take pictures and setup a model for my property. The features include changing the exterior to a variety of materials. In addition, he is punctual and extremely helpful for all your needs. I recommend using him for any and all jobs he's capable and available to do.

Steve went beyond my expectations. He did a free very thorough moldinspection of a house and and barn I was considering buying. He explained everything and told me my options. He also send a detailed estimate promptly. Besides that he went out of his way to help me find contractors who would give me free estimates on work that had nothing to do with the mold remediation I called him for. In the end, the purchase of the property fell through, so I did not have the mold remediation done, but I will definitely call Steve again when I find the right property. I highly recommend NEPS.!
