Hi Everyone! Currently looking for opportunities to help Warwick or other RI communities with their IT needs. Currently I work full time doing Cyber Security and System Administration work for hundreds of organizations all of which love having me around and request me specifically. Often I feel that the small business or home consumer doesn’t have any guidance when it comes to computers or working from home etc. Kids and young adults try to help around the house but mostly to play video games. When I am with a client I listen! IT problems are common and most the time you get people that struggle communicating or look for quick fixes. As an older brother with 5 other siblings I know communication and long term solutions is really the solution to those who want to grow. Let’s help change that :) * I am open to Computer Lessons to parents who struggle with computers or teens who want to explore building and assembling their own. *Printers, Printers, Printers. Dreaded by everyone but crucial ! I can do ink replacements, toner, troubleshooting or setting up new ones. *Local Area Network Troubleshooting * Home WIFI giving your trouble and Cox wireless taking 45 minutes to get you a poor answer. Well I can be your answer and maybe help get you better signal coverage * IOT Connected Devices( Smart TVs, AppleHome Kit, Tlink Kava or Google Home) * Ethernet network cable repair or wiring needed reach out! Depending on the size of the job we can get it fixed for you. * Computer Slowness 😡 Jeez this machine sure runs slow! We can look for software related changes that can improve performance and reliability. Then if any slowness or issue is related to hardware we can replace it! *Computer Consulting: We can advise what computer to get based off your needs. Then once it comes in we can set it up for you with monitors, printers or scanners. * Custom Computer Builds: Do you have a child that wants to play computer games? Depending on what type of games and life they are looking to get out of it we can build the machine piece by piece to get what you’re looking for. This can also be paired with Computer lessons for them also. * Data Retention Procedures: Setup backups for valuable pictures & documents. *Email: We can get you setup with available domains. The part that comes after the ‘@‘ symbol in an email if it is available. We can also make adjustments to existing mail flow, forwarding or license adjustments in Office 365, on premises exchange servers, Google Workplace or your Hosting provider like goDaddy or BlueHost.
