Introduction: We are Navien, trained and certified for all units produced by Navien, we have all hardware kits for units produced from the model E forward, which came out about eight years ago! I have been a plumber for the past 8.5 years. We operate between 8 am to 5 pm regular time and anytime after as emergency service unless its a quoted job. If you have an emergency job book an appointment any day and say its an emergency most days we can fit you in same day! Pricing SOS Plumbing, LLC $80 for estimates otherwise known as the dispatch fee, although no labor will be applied.(this is needed due to Thumbtack fees that average $60 per Job.) $150 per hour, half hour minimum $80 to come out/dispatch these are the only two fees that we have other than material cost the $80 on Thumbtack is the dispatch fee After hours emergency rate $225 per hour Dispatch $150 1 hour minimum Thank you 😊🏳️‍🌈

I never had ANY technician or service in my life like Jacob. His prompt courtesy in answering was unbelievable. As he was working on my 40 year old gas boiler he explained everything. There was some bad news and as money is an issue he broke it to me gently and sincerely. We discussed a plan which was so reasonable. He gifted me kindness and I am so humbled by his actions. He has a good sense of humor too! He knows and gets life at a young age. So if I could give 100 stars I would. I thank God he sent him as he saved my life and elderly sisters too by discovering through keen knowledge a CO issue. What more can a person say. Thanks is just not enough in my case but perhaps good things will be bestowed on him. He also did a very great inspection. .and will email an estimate for future work needed

After discovering a leaky shutoff valve on my washing machine, I lived with a stackable in the middle of my kitchen for a week while my laundry piled up. After speaking to some (non-Thumbtack) plumbers and getting quoted high prices, long wait times, travel fees, showing-up fees and even no estimates at all, I put out a request on Thumbtack very late Saturday night. Jacob responded immediately. On Sunday morning, we coordinated a time and he showed up promptly Sunday afternoon. Then, while simply walking through my basement, he pointed out critical plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, including pipes hanging from a ceiling without support, a dead expansion tank on my upstairs-neighbor's boiler and a leaky backflow preventer valve on another boiler. (Three HVAC companies have looked at these systems without noting these now-obvious problems.) This was no attempt to get more work. I think Jacob is so smart and knows his trade so well, he can't help noticing these things. He did all of us a great service by spotting these issues. I recommended Jacob to my neighbors, who were grateful for the heads-up he gave us. Unlike the other plumbers I spoke with, Jacob appreciated that my laundry/washer-in-the-kitchen problem was a real quality-of-life issue for me. That's a rare quality.

We charge $80 dispatch doesn’t matter what time of day for residential service Recharge $150 an hour with a half hour minimum during regular business hours up to 6 PM Monday through Friday and a one hour minimum after hours
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am going to need your first and last name, home address, cell phone or home phone number and an email address to add you to my appointments for that week.
