We always offer an up front price for repair before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technician arrives to property within the scheduled time window. Our technician will then evaluate the specific reason for the call and diagnose issues. We then present a up front price for repair or replacement. If customer agrees, work is performed. We then collect payment on site for work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians keep up with factory supplied training on current products. Carrier and Mitsubishi are the products the we install.
