Scott and his team repaired my deck above my expectations and always informed me of issues I did not realize I had. He was able to stay within my budget even after finding these issues and repairing them. Would recommend Scott to anyone looking for repairs to their home.

Scott did an amazing job. We hired him for painting and he ensured everything was covered before painting and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. He ensured all the wholes in the walls were patched perfect and sanded down. He also installed my closet doors and ensured wall spaces were sealed. He has a wonderful personality. I would definitely recommend and also look forward to working with him in the future.

This was originally planned as a DIY project to finish the Ceiling in my basement but needed professional help to work around the challenges from the way the previous owners installed the piping and wiring.
Legacy Builders were quick to respond and took the time to help me design a solution that help me make the most of a low ceiling while staying in budget.
The goal was to create a clean space for laundry, storage and gym. Legacy Builders were professional and upfront on costs and flexible to helping find the best price’s materials to create this nice finish (see pictures below)

Scott was fantastic to work with. He has a high attention to detail and is very professional in everything he does. I had several rooms I needed painted as well as some exterior carpentry to be done. For the interior work, he gave great suggestions on the type of paint to use in each location, ensured the application was with high precision, and touched up areas that most painters would probably overlook. As for the exterior work, there were areas of trim and rotted window sills that needed to be replaced. Prior to hiring Scott, another guy had actually given me a sky high quote for that work claiming it would be a big hassle, specifically with the window frames potentially dropping down once the sill was removed. But Scott tackled it without a sweat and all the areas look good as new. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for pristine craftmanship.

Scott was quick to respond, reliable with quick follow ups, very fair pricing, honest, attentive and most importantly very good at what he does. He takes pride in his work and therefore does the job right the first time. He repaired my front door, threshold and flooring the right way. It looks amazing !! His crew is respectful and they are all very clean!!! They cleaned every last spec of dust and even wiped down the flooring. I’m very pleased and I highly recommend Scott !!!
