- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide hair and makeup services. Prices vary according to what you are looking for and how many are getting services. When you book a hair and makeup package you recieve a discounted rate. Travel fee depends on distance traveled and parking or valet fees would be billed to client as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually find out what look the client is looking for. Pictures are always encouraged. So we can come up with a style that you love and customize it to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we attend hair shows and continuing education classes to stay up to date on new trends.
