I have a BA in music with a focus on voice and piano. I have a world of experience in performing, writing and recording. I currently have songs under contract and continue to work with Big Fish Music Publishing for song placements. I love seeing my students progress and enjoy what they are doing. Very flexible and understanding. Unfortunately, I had outside commitments that left my schedule a bit crazy and unpredictable, and Jessica always accommodate me ... However, I have yet to squeeze in a lesson, but I would highly recommend Jessica on professionalism alone, she's super sweet, excited about people's goals, and was willing to take on my idea for voice lessons, even though they were a little different (for public speaking).

Jessica has been amazing for me. First off, she has a very pleasant personality---which is always helpful. I contacted Jessica because I have sleep apnea and read that singing lessons could be helpful in building up the throat muscles and developing better breathing. I have also wanted to take voice lessons so it was two birds with one stone for me. I have been taking weekly lessons for about a month now and am already seeing improvement in both my voice and, more importantly, in my sleep quality. Jessica has gone the extra mile for me in finding voice exercises which will assist in my apnea. She has been doing some online researches and has even ordered a book on the subject. She is fun to work with and it is obvious that this is less about money than it is about her passion for music. Her rates are extremely reasonable and she is generous with her time. I look forward to many more lessons with her and cannot recommend her highly enough. Jessica is a true professional. If you have ever thought about voice lessons you cannot go wrong giving her a call.

Jessica is incredible! Skilled as a singer and a teacher, but even more important, supportive and encouraging. I'd had one or two Groupon voice lessons but couldn't really sing with those teachers. But with Jessica, I felt comfortable on the very first day. Already after just 3 lessons I've gained enough confidence to sing into a microphone and have been asked to sing harmony on stage with a band! I recommend her very highly to anyone looking to take that leap into singing because she will truly make developing g your potential a personal quest.

Jessica is wonderful. I have only had two lessons, but she has made it a point to get to know my strengths and weaknesses and we are working together on piano and vocal training. She has great energy and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and confident with her guidance.

I've been taking lessons with Jess for over a month now and it's been great. I've always wanted to sing but have never had the courage to really go for it. I appreciate that Jess respects my personal goals and tailors her instruction accordingly. As a teacher, it is important to offer your students encouragement and honest feedback and Jess is a natural at both. Jess wants so much for her students to reach their musical goals, but also to enjoy themselves along the way. Jess is always prepared for our sessions and always knows when to advance and when to take more time on a concept. This is a tremendous help to me because it allows me to really trust her when she says "Hey, you're doing really well - let's do something more challenging...." I always leave class feeling like we accomplished something - which to me is important. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone wishing either to begin their musical journey or to improve and grow in the skills they already have.
