About
I love being able to help musicians, singers and songwriters develop the tools they need to be successful and make powerful statements through their music.
My vision is that my students can express their full, authentic selves through the music they perform in a way that promotes vocal health, inclusivity, and through the singing of music which reflects their abilities and identity.
My philosophy is that all students can receive quality education that reflects their personal goals, identity, personality, and learning preferences.

He offers services that are professional, and very personalized! He makes his lesson plans geared toward my individual needs. Lastly, he has always been supportive of whatever I aspire to do. It is a pleasure to work with him as a former voice student and current piano student. I highly recommend him for any of his services!

Tim did a great job taking me from someone who had rarely sung to someone who then became very comfortable singing along with my part time profession of playing piano and keyboard. I was happy with my progress after working with Tim and him giving me the necessary coaching I needed.

I've been a life long pianist who had never sung a note of music. I worked with TMWC for 4 years working on vocals. I was very pleased with the coaching and direction I received. I highly recommend TMWC Music.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the length of time for each lesson and paid monthly. Lessons can be scheduled weekly or biweekly.
- 30 minute lessons - $35.00
- 45 minute lessons - $46.00 - (Most Popular)
- 60 minute lessons - $58.00
Please note that there is a technology fee of $5 per month for lessons done remotely. This covers the costs of the tech I use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually students book a 30 minute interview lesson with me before signing on for a monthly package. This gives us a chance to see if we are a good fit, and for me to learn about the skill level of each student so that I can build a student-centered plan specifically designed for their learning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in Music Composition from the University of Rhode Island. My primary instrument was voice and I studied for 5 years with Rene de la Garza as my instructor. In order to provide a better service for my clients I returned to school to become a Certified Professional Life Coach. My focus was helping students become more confident in their abilities so they could enjoy performing.
I also hold a Master's Degree in Education with a specialization in instructional design and technology, allowing me to use technology-enhanced teaching methods with my students as well as establish a curriculum based on a neurological understanding of learning and a knowledge of how the preferences, backgrounds, and goals of each student impacts their learning process.
