We had hard wood floorsinstalled in 3 bedrooms, stairs and a loft. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.Keith Thomas answered all our questions.. the delivery was on time , the installers were very organized, fast and clean. They came to the house with samples and provided lots of good advice. They were very flexible with our schedule and came to install the floor right when we needed it. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job in less than a day, leaving us with a beautiful floor. I would give them a high recommendation for any flooring projects you might be considering.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long-term happiness in your flooring! You can also visit our store in Westerly, where we have a selection of high-end carpets, hardwood/luxury vinyl/marmoleum and cork flooring on display.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our design associate has 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, having served 20 years as an installer earning many Product and Brand certifications along the way. Our installers are specialized in all flooring areas.
